At this property in Hawkenbury, Tunbridge Wells, we removed the existing conservatory and carried out the full groundwork and structural build for a new extension. This included new footings, blockwork, steel installation, and a flat roof. The project was completed to first fix stage, ready for the client — a dry liner by trade — to carry out the second fix internally.
